Introduction:
This Semi automatic candy depositor machine is applicable to various small and medium-sized candy manufactures for production of candies, it occupy small space and easy for operation. It can also be used to produce hard candy and jelly candy, equipped with lollipop stick machine, this machine can also produce lollipop.
This candy depositor machine adopts PLC and touch screen, the depositing is controlled by servo motor, the depositing timing and times can be set by PLC, the synchronous belt is used to transmit the mould, so as to ensure the accuracy and stability of the transmission. First clean the machine, adjust the punch to the same length artificial, put the candy mould on the conveyor belt, turn on the power supply and open the touch screen, set temperature, the hopper and the distribution plate preheated, after heated to set temperature, add syrup into
the hopper, operate according to display screen.
