Introduction:
This air aeration Machine can be used in gummy, nougat and marshmallow production. The machine use hot water to keep syrup warm. After sugar cooked, it is transferred into this high speed mixer which aerate air into syrup while mixing, thus change the syrup inner texture. The syrup become white and large volume with bubbles after air aerated. According to different aerating degree of final products, the mixing speed is adjustable.
